Staff Profiles
Jozef Sipika
The latest addition to the team at Radiant Control is Jozef Sipika. Jozef joined from Wyggestone & Queen Elizabeth College in September 2009 where he successfully completed his ‘A Levels’ during the summer.
Jozef is currently attending Leicester College and working towards a national qualification in ‘Electrical Installation’ Advanced Apprenticeship.
The main areas of activity for Jozef include, internal telephone sales, system design and support along with providing schematic drawings for customer guidance. Jozef makes a good cup of tea!!
Mick Pearce
Mick joined the team in February 2009 from Uponor Housing Solutions where he was the Training Manager. Mick was also responsible for Uponor field service throughout the UK and Ireland. Prior to his training role he was an Uponor Regional Sales Manager with responsibility for sales throughout the Midlands region. Mick spent a total of six years with Uponor.
Prior to joining Uponor Mick spent over thirty years with British Telecom, where much of his time was spent in building engineering services. For over twenty years he covered a variety of jobs ranging from heating and air conditioning engineer, to managing a small heating design team.
Mick brings with him a wealth of experience in the building services arena especially with respect to underfloor heating where during his time with Uponor he was instrumental in working with UHMA and BPEC to help deliver the new BPEC training course for the installation and design of wet underfloor heating systems.
Roger Brewin
Roger has a wealth of experience having spent over 30 years working within the BSS Group. In his time at BSS Roger has undertaken Branch sales & Technical Support, External Sales, Computer System Implementation , Company Stock Management, and National Key Account support, highlighting some of his former notable roles.
Currently the Sales Office Manager at Radiant Control, Roger involves himself in all aspects of the product transaction from Purchasing, Stock Control Telephone Sales Support, Product sales and dispatch.
Andy Sipika
From a similar background to Roger, Andy spent 28 years working within the BSS Group. In his time at BSS Andy was involved in Heating System Design, External Sales, Product Management for both Heating & Control Equipment and National Key Account Management.
Before getting involved in Radiant Control Andy worked for three years with OJ Electronic in external sales, promoting the company range of electronic controls.
Predominantly involved in Sales & Marketing Andy also liaises with all other job functions.
